This 6-week challenge is designed to push you, keep you consistent, and help you feel stronger and leaner before the holiday season hits.

This 6-week challenge includes one 5 week training block with a mix of strength and
conditioning workouts to build muscle, tone up,
and sculpt your dream body. Below is the training split::
