Please Note: All coaching packages, challenges, and other digital or intangible products are final sale and are non-refundable.
1. Digital Coaching Services
All coaching services provided by Am's Angels Fitness are digital professional services, not physical products. Coaching begins immediately upon enrollment and includes the allocation of coaching time, expertise, individualized planning, communication, and support. Because these services begin immediately and cannot be returned, all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Delivery of Services
Coaching services are considered delivered upon any of the following:
- Completion of onboarding.
- Delivery of a training program, nutrition plan, or educational materials.
- Access to the coaching platform or client portal.
- Assignment of individualized programming.
- Initial consultation or coaching communication.
- Review of check-in submissions.
- Written, video, or verbal coaching feedback.
- Ongoing coaching support during established business hours.
Once any portion of the coaching service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. No Guarantee of Results
The Client understands that coaching provides professional guidance, education, accountability, and support. Individual results vary and depend upon factors including, but not limited to, consistency, adherence, effort, lifestyle, medical conditions, and other circumstances outside the Coach's control.
Am's Angels Fitness does not guarantee any specific results, including weight loss, muscle gain, body composition changes, competition placings, or other fitness outcomes.
4. Client Participation
The Client is responsible for actively participating in the coaching process. Failure to submit check-ins, communicate with the Coach, complete workouts, follow nutrition recommendations, or otherwise participate in the program does not constitute failure by the Coach to provide the purchased services and does not qualify the Client for a refund.
5. Coaching Satisfaction
Dissatisfaction with coaching style, communication preferences, pace of progress, or personal expectations does not constitute failure to provide services and is not grounds for a refund.
6. Billing Disputes
The Client agrees to make a good faith effort to contact Am's Angels Fitness to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
The Client acknowledges that onboarding records, payment records, coaching correspondence, Trainerize activity, messaging history, check-in submissions, program delivery records, and coaching feedback may be used as evidence that services were delivered in the event of a payment dispute.
7. Right to Terminate
The Coach reserves the right to terminate this coaching agreement at any time, with or without cause. Written notice of termination will be provided to the Client.
Termination of coaching services by either the Coach or the Client does not entitle the Client to a full or partial refund of any payments previously made.
8. Finality of Payment
Because coaching services begin immediately upon enrollment and coaching availability is reserved exclusively for each Client, all payments are earned upon receipt and are final and non-refundable.
