Returns Policy

You can return any items unwashed and unworn within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date of your package.

Items must be in original condition with all original packaging attached, including hang tags, plastic bags, and labels.

If you'd like to exchange products, please specify the product that you'd like to exchange the item you are returning for on our returns form. Be sure to include the size, color, and name of the product you'd like in exchange. If we cannot exchange the product(s) that you want, please choose from the options in the exchange box.

Promotional items and sale items can only be returned for store credit, which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.

Please remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please Note: No refunds on coaching packages, meal plans, challenges, and other intangible products.

1. Right to Terminate:The Coach reserves the right to terminate this coaching agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. The Coach will provide written notice of termination to the Client, effective immediately upon delivery of such notice.

2. Payments:All payments made by the Client are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for termination, whether initiated by the Coach or the Client.

3. No Obligation for Explanation:The Coach is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for the termination. However, the Coach will make reasonable efforts to ensure the termination process is conducted with professionalism and respect.
